About: Emotions are the core of art, and often as artists, we tap into our own emotions to reach those cores. But how do we care for ourselves while experiencing those feelings like anger, resentment, jealousy, fear, or grief? How do we know when we’re done feeling that emotion? This class explores self care options, and how to manage one’s feelings as a writer from day to day referencing common experiences like rejection, criticism, etc. Slides and prompts will be included. Scholarships are available!
